111 Furniture – Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This document outlines the terms under which orders may be canceled or addressed post-purchase. It is legally structured to reflect applicable consumer laws in the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Panama, and the Dominican Republic, while maintaining our brand’s clear position: all sales are final.

1. Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges

All orders placed through 111 Furniture are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, regardless of reason, for the following product categories:

  • Standard, in-stock items

  • Made-to-order or customized furniture

  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted goods

This policy is disclosed before checkout and is legally enforceable across all listed jurisdictions.


2. Order Cancellation – Before Shipment Only

Orders may be canceled only before they are marked as “shipped” or “fulfilled.” If cancellation is requested and approved in time, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once an item has been marked as shipped, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.


3. Damaged or Defective Items – Limited Exception

If your order arrives visibly damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photographs showing the condition of the item and packaging

  • A written description of the issue

  • Your order number or invoice

Upon verification, we will, at our discretion:

  • Offer a repair

  • Ship a replacement

  • Issue a refund

This is the only exception to our final-sale policy. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of receipt may be denied.


4. No Refunds for Natural Wood Behavior

Our furniture is built from authentic, solid wood, and as such, it may undergo natural changes such as:

  • Cracks, splits, or checks

  • Shifts due to temperature, humidity, or seasonal movement

  • Color changes or grain variations

These features are not defects but intrinsic characteristics of the material and the artisanal process.

Therefore, no refunds, replacements, or repairs will be issued for cracking, movement, or other natural aging of wood. Such features are considered part of the product’s intended organic aesthetic.

This applies across all jurisdictions.

 

5. Shipping Terms

Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates. Delays due to couriers or customs clearance do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund if the item has already been shipped.
