1. What’s Included in Your Delivery
All prices listed on 111 Furniture’s website include home delivery.
Your order will be delivered to the ground-level entrance of your home or up to one flight of stairs. Please note that our delivery service does not include: (a) Carrying or moving the furniture beyond one flight of stairs. (b) Assembly, installation, or setup inside your home
Due to the significant size and weight of our solid Saman wood tables, we strongly recommend having at least one or two additional people present at the time of delivery to assist with handling and positioning.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Since every table is made to order, delivery typically occurs within:
10 to 15 business days, depending on your location and any customization requested.
We commit to providing tracking information and timely updates via email and personal assistance, if needed, throughout the shipping process.
3. Packaging & Handling
Your table will be carefully and professionally packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit, using:
- Custom-fit wooden crates for larger or delicate shipments
- Shock-absorbing foam inserts and eco-friendly wrapping materials
- Moisture protection barriers to prevent environmental damage
Please inspect your furniture immediately upon delivery. Report any visible damage to both the carrier and our customer service team as soon as possible.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, the final product price displayed includes all applicable taxes and duties based on the home country you selected. However, please note that additional charges may occasionally arise due to changes in local regulations or unforeseen fees. If this happens, we will inform you promptly.

7. Important Notes
- Our tables are heavy, handcrafted items. Please ensure sufficient assistance is available at delivery.
- If your property has restricted access (e.g., narrow staircases, lack of elevator, uneven terrain), notify us in advance so we can plan accordingly.
- In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to incomplete, inaccurate, or inaccessible address information, additional delivery or re-delivery fees may apply.
Wood is a natural material and may adjust over time. Cracks are a natural part of the life of the table, and it's the beauty of the wood, but they can often be easily repaired. Saman wood is known for its density, strength, and natural beauty. It's also eco-friendly and long-lasting.
