RETURN, CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

- Handcrafted & Personalized. 
Every item is unique and made to order. As such, orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

- No Refunds.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

- Product Exchanges.
You may request an exchange within 24 hours of your order. If accepted, a 20% fee of the total paid amount may apply.

- Natural Changes & Cracks. 
Our furniture is crafted from raw Saman wood, which may naturally shift or develop cracks due to humidity or temperature. This is not considered a defect. Minor repairs can often be done by a local carpenter, or we can guide you remotely.

- Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
