This table is solid wood and wood is alive: it absorbs and releases humidity with the seasons and with the climate of its new home. Slight movement, hairline cracks along the grain, knots and color variation are normal and are not defects. Keep the room at a steady humidity (about 40 to 55 percent), away from vents, radiators and direct sun. If a crack or gap ever needs attention, a local carpenter can adjust it, and our team will guide you.

Craft & care
Wipe with a soft damp cloth, never soak the surface, and avoid hot pans without a trivet. Keep the piece away from vents and direct sun, and re-oil once a year to keep the surface rich. Natural movement of the wood is expected.
