Craft & care
Wipe with a soft damp cloth, never soak the surface, and avoid hot pans without a trivet. Keep the piece away from vents and direct sun, and re-oil once a year to keep the surface rich. Natural movement of the wood is expected.
Delivery & returns
Each piece is packed for safe transit and insured. Your advisor confirms the timeline, delivery and installation before payment. As every piece is made for you, custom work is not eligible for return.
